❓ What is a Trigger

A trigger refers to the conditions that initiate the launch of a Flowbot.

📍 List of Triggers

  1. Manual Trigger
    Launch the flowbot manually whenever needed.

  2. Form Trigger
    Trigger the flowbot when information is entered into a form. You can create forms directly from the management screen after selecting this trigger.

  3. Schedule Trigger
    Set a schedule for the flowbot to launch, such as every day at a specific hour or on a certain day of each month.

  4. Email Trigger
    Trigger the flowbot when an email meeting the specified conditions is received. This is set up using an email created for the trigger.

  5. App Trigger
    Launch the flowbot when a specific action occurs in an app. This can be customized based on the app's functionality.

  6. Chrome Extension Trigger
    Use the pre-installed Chrome extension to directly trigger the flowbot from a specific app.
