This guide explains how to obtain the Discord user ID - which is necessary when mentioning a user within a Yoom action.

1️⃣ Open Discord on your browser or desktop app.

2️⃣ In the bottom left, click the gear icon ⚙️ next to your account name to access User Settings.

3️⃣ In the sidebar, click "Advanced" and turn on "Developer Mode".

4️⃣ Navigate back to "My Account" in the sidebar.

5️⃣ Click the three dots "⋯" next to your account name.

6️⃣ Click "Copy ID". Your User ID is now copied to your clipboard!

1️⃣ Open the Discord App.

2️⃣ Tap your profile icon in the bottom right.

3️⃣ Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right to access Settings.

4️⃣ Scroll down to Advanced.

5️⃣ Toggle Develop Mode ON.

6️⃣ Return to the Home screen and enter any server where you have posted a message or sent a DM.

7️⃣ Tap your profile icon next to the message you've sent.

8️⃣ Tap the three dots "⋯" in the top right of the screen.

9️⃣ Tap "Copy User ID". Your User ID is now copied!

If you don't have a Discord server, follow these steps to create one:

1️⃣ Open the app and tap the + icon in the left menu.

2️⃣ Tap "Create My Own".

3️⃣ Choose "For me and my friends".

4️⃣ Enter a name for your server and tap "Create Server".

5️⃣ On the invite page, tap Skip to continue without adding members.

6️⃣ In the server list, tap your new server and go to the #general text channel.

7️⃣ Send any message in the chat.

8️⃣ Tap your profile icon next to the message.

9️⃣ Tap the three dots "..." in the top right and select "Copy User ID".
