📝 Overview
In Yoom, projects (similar to folders) are created within a workspace.
This article explains the differences between My Project, Sample Projects, and other types of projects.
⚖️ Key Differences
In My Project, Flowbots and databases can only be viewed and edited by you. Therefore, actions that require permissions from other users—such as using the guest feature or making approval requests—cannot be performed here.
If you want other users to view, edit, or take certain actions, you will need to move the content to another project.
