Q: Why do I receive a "Not Found" error when trying to retrieve a specific user's profile on the official LINE account?
There are two leading possible causes for this error:
1. Incorrect User ID
If the entered user ID is incorrect, an error will occur. Please double-check the information you entered!
2. Profile Not Retrievable
If the user ID is correct, it may not be retrievable due to the following reasons:
The user has not consented to sharing their profile information
The user has not added the Official LINE account to their friends list.
The user has blocked the official LINE account after adding it to their friends list.
The user has left a group chat or multi-person conversation where the official LINE account was added.
The official LINE account was removed from a group chat or multi-person chat the user was part of.
