One of Yoom's AI features is the "Change Date Format" tool.

It automatically extracts dates from the text and converts them into a specified format using AI.

Extracting Dates from Inquiries:

If there are inconsistencies in date formats within inquiries, use this feature to standardize the format or if a specific input format is required.

First, retrieve a text-based output that contains dates using a trigger or operation.

For this example, we’ll use a form trigger to capture the text-based output as shown below.

Click the "+" button to add a new action.

Under AI, choose Data Conversion > Change Date/Time Format (2 Tasks)

Enter any title for the action and click "Next."

Click the "Test" button to check the results. If everything is correct, click "Save."
