📝 Overview
In Yoom, you can use Google Drive file storage as a Flowbot trigger to automate file notifications.
This guide explains how to send a notification about stored files at a specified time.
Use Cases
✔️ Notify team members at a specific time about the latest file stored in Google Drive.
✔️ Submit daily files to customers at a fixed time.
🛠 How to Implement It
You might assume that a schedule trigger could handle this, but due to system limitations, it cannot retrieve specific files (e.g. the latest file) from Google Drive at a scheduled time.
Workaround:
By using Google Drive file storage as a trigger and then adding a wait operation, you can delay the notification until the specified time.
⚙️ Example Configuration
Scenario:
1️⃣ Trigger: A file is stored in Google Drive.
2️⃣ Wait until 15:00 (3:00 PM).
3️⃣ Send the file to Chatwork.
⚠ Important:
If the Flowbot starts after the configured wait time, an error will occur. Ensure the Flowbot begins before the wait time to function properly.
