How to Resolve Being Redirected to the Form Preview Screen and Unable to Log in to Yoom

📝 Overview

In Yoom, if you logged in within the last 7 days, your browser session remains active. As a result, you may be automatically redirected to the most recently viewed page.

If the last viewed page was the Form Trigger preview page, logging in again within 7 days will automatically redirect you back to that page. Since you cannot navigate to the main Yoom interface from the preview screen, here's how to resolve this.


🛠️ How to Handle

1️⃣ Clear your browser’s cache and log in again.

  • Go to the three-dot menu in the top right.

  • Select More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.

  • Choose Cached images and files and hit Clear Data.

  • Go to the three-dot menu in the top right.

  • Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  • Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  • Check Cached images and files and click Clear Now.

⭐️ Important Notes

Clearing your browser’s cache may temporarily slow down web page loading times, as cached data is removed and needs to reload.
