📝 Overview

The "File Upload" action allows you to upload a file to a specified element in the browser. You can use this action when you need to automate file uploads as part of your Flowbot workflow.

☝️ Note:

The file you wish to upload must be obtained through other operations before you proceed with this action.

🛠️ How to Set It Up

  1. Select the Element

In the secret browser, hover your cursor over the element where you want to upload the file and click it.

  2. Choose "File Upload"
From the options displayed, select "File Upload."

  3. Enter the Action Name.

You can enter a custom name for the action.

If you don't modify it, the default name will be "File Upload."

  4. Select the File

Click the file and choose the item you want to upload.

‼️ Important Notes

Pre-Obtain the File

  • You must first retrieve the file using other operations. If no file options are shown, it indicates that the Flowbot doesn't contain an operation to obtain the file. Please verify your Flowbot setup.

File Upload Process in Yoom Editor

  • The file is not uploaded directly in the secret browser during the process. To upload a file within the secret browser, enable "Standard Browser Operation" in the settings displayed.

🖱️ Using Standard Browser Action

  • When "Standard Browser Operation" is enabled, clicking will no longer show action options. Instead, you will need to upload the file directly from your computer.

  • Once the upload is complete, turn off "Standard Browser Operation" and continue with the next steps.
