Q:

When integrating Yoom with an app, are the app's ID and password shared with Yoom?

A: No, they are not shared.

When integrating Yoom with SaaS applications, there are several methods of integration, and in none of these methods are the app’s ID and password shared with Yoom.

1. SSO (Single Sign-On) Authentication

This method applies to services like Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, Chatwork, and others. Integration is based on the login information from the integrated app, so your app’s ID and password are not shared with Yoom.

2. Access Tokens / API Keys, etc.

For services like OpenAI, Discord, and others, there is a dedicated key for integration. This key is used for the integration, and your app’s ID and password are not shared.
