📝 Overview
The "Enter two-factor authentication code" action in the browser automation is used when a service with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled requires you to input a verification code.
🔹 Prerequisites
1️⃣ Open Two-Factor Authentication Settings
From the "My Apps" menu, go to the "Two-Factor Authentication Settings for Browser Automation" tab, and click "New Connection."
2️⃣ Enter the Service Name & Identifier
Input any desired values for the service name and identifier.
3️⃣ Upload the 2FA QR Code
Upload the QR code issued when setting up two-factor authentication for the service you want to automate.
This same QR code should also be scanned using Google Authenticator, Authy, or other 2FA apps.
☝️ Note:
If you want to link an account that already has 2FA enabled, you must disable 2FA first, issue a new QR code, and then re-enable it before proceeding.
4️⃣ Run a Test
Click "Test."
An authentication code will be displayed.
Verify that the displayed authentication code matches the one shown in your 2FA app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.), then click "Add."
🛠️ How to Configure
1️⃣ In the secret browser, move your cursor over the field where the two-factor authentication code should be entered, then click it.
2️⃣ From the displayed options, select "Enter two-factor authentication code."
3️⃣ Set an action name.
You can enter a custom action name or leave it as the default: "Enter two-factor authentication code."
4️⃣ Select the service. From the saved 2FA accounts, choose the relevant service name or identifier, then click "Add."
If the authentication code is successfully entered in the secret browser, the setup is complete! 🎉
(The action will also be added to the Yoom editing page.)
