📝 Overview

Yoom can integrate with various SaaS applications, allowing you to perform actions within those applications.

This guide will cover how to register an application to Yoom and the steps to take when re-integration is required.

👩‍💻 How to Register My App

There are two ways to register in My App.

1. Register from the My App Menu

The first method is through the My App menu.

  1. Access the Yoom workspace and click on My App in the left menu.

  2. Click the + New Connection button on the right.

  3. Select an application from the displayed list.

  4. Follow the integration steps specific to each application.

👉 For detailed instructions on integrating each application, please refer to this guide.

2. Register from the Account Information in an Operation

The second method is to register through the account information section in the Flowbot.

  1. Create a Flow Bot and select the application you want to integrate with.

  2. Select the action you want to perform in the Flowbot.

  3. Click on the field labeled "Linked Account".

  4. Click Add Account.

  5. You will be redirected to the integration screen, just like when registering through the My App menu.

  6. Follow the application's integration process as instructed.

🤝 Re-integrating an Application

When is Re-integration Necessary?

If any of the following errors occur, re-integrating the application may resolve the issue:

  • A message appears indicating that the connection to My App may be disconnected.

  • An error message related to insufficient permissions appears (may include terms like "PERMISSION" or "Authentication").

  • In database-related operations, an error message such as "There is a problem with your settings. Please check the error." is displayed.

How to Re-integrate an Application

To re-integrate an existing application:

  • Access the integration page from either the My App menu or the account information section in the Flowbot.

  • Register the My App again.

Depending on the application, you may be prompted to either overwrite the existing integration or create a new one:

  • Overwrite: Updates the existing integration (use this if an account is already in use by Flow Bot, etc.).

  • Create a New Connection Account: Creates a new integration (use this when managing multiple accounts with different login credentials).

Another account name will appear when you create a new connection successfully.

Be sure to choose the right account when setting up an operation.

Some applications do not support overwriting. In such cases, you may need to delete the old account before proceeding.

  • Return to the Flow Bot or database settings, reconfigure the integration, and test the connection.

This concludes the guide on how to register My App and how to re-integrate an application when necessary. 🎉
