ZoomのWebhookを使用してトリガーを設定する方法をご紹介します。

ZoomのApp Marketplaceで、マイアプリ連携時に作成したZoomアプリページを開き、サイドメニューの「Access」を選択し、Event SubscriptionのトグルをONに変更し、[+ Add New Event Subscription] をクリックします。

Event Subscriptionの設定ではそれぞれ下記のように設定し、Saveボタンをクリックして保存してください。

Choose a Method

「Webhook」を選択します。

Subscription name

任意の名称を設定してください。例）Yoom Webhook

Events

利用するトリガーアクションに応じてイベントを選択します。Zoomのトリガーをすべて利用できるようにするには、下記のイベントを設定してください。

ミーティング関連

- Participant joined meeting before host

- Participant was waiting for host to join

- Meeting has been created

- Meeting has been updated

- Meeting has been deleted

- Meeting summary has been completed

- Scheduled event created

- Scheduled event canceled

ウェビナー関連

- End Webinar

- Prticipant/Host joined webinar

- Webinar has been created

- Webinar Registration has been created

- Webinar Registration has been canceled

- Get participant survey feedback for webinars

レコーディング関連

- All Recordings have completed

- Recording Transcript files have completed

Event notification endpoint URL

トリガーの設定ページで取得できるYoomのWebhookURLを設定してください。

Event notification receiver

「All users in your account」「Only for users who have added this app」のいずれかを選択してください。

その後、実際にトリガーとなるイベントを実行し、Yoomの画面上でWebhookの受信が確認できれば設定完了です！🎉
