For Yotta Pay, if the recipient does not have a Yotta account, they will have 7 days to create an account to accept the payment. If they do not choose to create an account, the money will be refunded back to whichever bucket you chose to transfer from. In the future, we plan on allowing Yotta users to use Yotta Pay to transfer to non-Yotta users directly into their bank account.
