If you have placed an order on Youdji and wish to cancel it, here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Ask the Creator to Cancel the Order

On Youdji, creators can cancel their orders. The first thing to do is to explain your situation to them and ask them to cancel the order.

If the creator has not started the work, there is no reason for them to refuse.

After the cancellation, you will be fully refunded through the payment method you used. It may take several days before the refund is visible in your bank account.

Step 2: The Creator Does Not Respond or Refuses to Cancel the Order

Case 1: The creator does not respond

Please contact our support, and we will examine the situation.

Case 2: The creator does not want to cancel the order

If the creator does not want to cancel the order, they surely have their reasons. Before contacting us, we encourage you to negotiate with them to find a friendly arrangement. On Youdji, all completed work deserves payment.

If no arrangement is possible, then we will have to open a dispute.

Since Youdji is not directly involved in the creation of content, we only refund orders under two conditions:

  • The delivered content is unusable: the sound is missing or very poor, the image is degraded, etc.

  • The creator did not respect the terms of the order or the contract: You ordered two videos, but only one was delivered, the creator did not follow your script or your instructions, etc
