Why is my profile not visible?

If you're not showing up in search results or brands can't contact you, follow this guide.

If your profile doesn't appear in our search engine, make sure to check the following information:

1. Your status is set to "Available"

On Youdji, you can activate or deactivate the availability of your profile. Ensure that you've selected "Available" on your profile page.

2. You have a profile picture

Your profile picture is the first point of contact with brands on Youdji. It should be professional and reflect your unique style. To add your profile picture, log in to your Youdji account, go to the "My Profile" section, and click on the image with your initials. Choose a photo that best represents you.

3. Your Stripe account is completed

To receive payments for your collaborations, you must link a valid Stripe account to your Youdji profile. Go to the "My Profile" section or your account page and follow the instructions to connect your Stripe account. This step is crucial for you to receive your payments.

4. Your profile is at least 85% complete

A complete profile is essential to attract high-quality brands. We ask all our creators to complete their profiles to at least 85%. This includes information such as your portfolio and rates. The more detailed your profile is, the more likely you are to be noticed by brands.
