SIM Missing Error

Did you receive the following message: "SIM Missing? We couldn't detect your phone's SIM card which is required for YouMail's activation?"

Solutions:

To resolve the issues please try the following steps:

  1. Restart your phone

  2. Download a third-party SIM reader app. This will supply the necessary device information from the app to YouMail (Examples of SIM card readers on the Google Play Store include: SIM Reader, SIM Data Reader, and SIM Card Reader)

If these solutions did not work you may need to contact your carrier and get a new SIM card in order to use YouMail.
