How to Update My Phone Carrier via the YouMail Website

Website Carrier Update

To continue to use YouMail once you change your carrier you must update this on your account. Once you update the carrier you must also re-activate conditional call forwarding under the correct service provider.

Open the Dashboard and go to the Phones Tab

  • Log into the YouMail website with your phone number and password

  • On the left-hand side, select Phones

Update the carrier and re-active

  • Click the Edit button

  • From the drop-down menu under Carrier, select your new carrier

  • Follow the prompts after to Activate
