How to Request a Custom Professionally Recorded Greeting

Professional Recorded Greeting

Our YouMail Smart Greeting is known to delight callers by greeting them by name. But did you know that you can also request a fully custom version of our Smart Greeting if you are subscribed to one of our YouMail Professional plans?

Notes:

  • This process can take up to 7 days to complete. An email will be sent to let you know it's been completed.

  • If you just need your name recorded and not a whole greeting, see this article on how to order it.

How to request a custom greeting:

  • To request a custom greeting, please visit the Greeting Summary page. Select Greetings in the left-hand menu pane and then Greeting Summary.

  • Under Pro Recording, click on Request Pro Recording.

  • You can then type out your greeting and submit your request.
