How to Delete Your Messages on the YouMail Website

YouMail's visual interface allows you to easily delete voicemail messages to better manage your inbox much in the same way you delete emails. See the steps below using our website.

Deleting Voicemails

  1. Sign into YouMail: My YouMail.

  2. On the left of the screen, click on Voicemail.

  3. Select the respective folder from which you wish to delete messages:

    • Inbox

    • Saved

    • Spam

    • or any custom folder

  1. Select the voicemail you would like to delete by clicking the message.

  2. Select the "Actions" button in the navigation bar.

  3. From the drop-down, select Delete.

  1. To delete messages in bulk, select the boxes next to the messages you would like to delete.

  2. Then select Actions > Delete.
