How to Set Voicemail Alert Options from the Web

Alert Options from the Web

You can choose to receive text*, email, and other notification alerts from YouMail whenever you receive voice messages or miss a call: https://dashboard.youmail.com/settings/notifications

Notes:

*Text alerts are for paid subscribers only.
Push notification also needs to be enabled from your device settings

Navigate to the website > select Settings > select Notifications.

Set up email alerts

Click the Edit button for whichever notification setting you wish to adjust and Save.

Set up SMS alerts

If you have yet to confirm your phone number, click Confirm your Phone and a text will be sent to your phone with a 4-digit PIN
You will receive that confirmation on your cell phone. Enter the code in the entry box that appears on the web. The code must be entered in uppercase letters.
