How to Access My Statements

Find Your Statements Online

Do you need to verify how much your annual subscription will cost you this year, or do you need invoices for personal accounting? Your YouMail online account gives you the option to view your statements and download them for your record. Please review the steps below to view your statements:

Notes:

  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew every month or year until the subscription is canceled.

Locate Statements on the Online Dashboard

  • Sign in to your YouMail account.

  • At the top right, click your name and then select "Billing".

  • From the Billing page, you can view your next payment using the dashboard to the left.

  • To view / download any statement, scroll down to Transactions. From here you will see your billing by date and can view each statement if necessary. When viewing the statement, you can download it as a PDF by clicking the button at the bottom
