How to edit an entry the YouMail Directory

You can update how your information is shared from the YouMail Public Directory anytime you have access to the YouMail website. You will need to have an account with YouMail to be able to edit your caller ID info. This way, we can confirm that the number belongs to you during the number verification process.

Update your directory settings

Please first sign into your account at Youmail.com
On the Dashboard, in the upper right corner, select the drop down next to your account name. Select Security. Under the section labeled YouMail Public Directory select Configure Privacy Settings.
By default, your name is published in the YouMail Public Directory. You can choose to have your entry set to Unlisted for the phone numbers associated with your account. Once done you can select save. This will set your name to Unlisted in the directory.
