You can send emails to those people who sign up to your organisation via YoungCRM. You can find them under "People" in YoungCRM.
YoungCRM makes it easy to manage your emails, segment receivers and view statistics for the mails you have sent.
In the 'Email' section, you'll find previous emails and this is also where you create new emails. Click 'Create new email'.
Now, select which type of email, you would like to send. There are three types to choose from in YoungCRM: Direct email, automatic email, and planned email.
Read more about the different email types here.
This article will focus on direct email.
Select receivers among the people in your YoungCRM system. Here, you can do a segmentation, select saved views or reuse a target group from a prior email campaign. Click 'Next' when you've selected the receivers.
You can also manually select the people you would like to send an email to.
Here comes the part where you setup the email. Start by giving the email a name. This is done in order to make it easier to manage your emails in the future.
Select a subject for your email which will be shown in the receivers inbox. In addition, you should select a name and an email address for the sender.
Tip: If you do not wish to receive responds to this email, it is recommended that you create a so-called "noreply-mail".
Next step is to design your email. Select background color, add logo and cover photo to make your email more presentable. In order to add elements to the email, simply drag them from the bar to the right.
When you are satisfied with the email, and have added the elements you like, send a test email to yourself before sending it to your target group. This is done to make sure that it looks the way you want it to look. Click 'Send test' in the top right corner.
When you have sent yourself a test email and checked to see if everything is on point, click 'Next' and then 'Send Email!'.
When the email is sent, you are returned to the overview of all your emails.
You can duplicate an email campaign and thereby create a new email with the template of an existing email. However, this is only possible with automatic emails and planned emails.
NOTICE: You can save and rename an email in the progress of creating it. This gives you the opportunity to leave it and get back to it at a later stage.
