Organisation settings are found by clicking the logo in the top right corner. When registering your organisation, it's ideal to start by filling out organisation settings.
In principle, you do not have to look at organisation settings once they are filled out. They can, however, still be edited!
Most changes are made to forms, job adverts and the like.

In organisation settings, you'll find the most basic settings which gets you off to a great start in YoungCRM. Down below, is a description of the most common settings to fill out.

Data fields

Data fields are used to collect specific information. You can design your own data fields from different types of data fields. There are dynamic fields and default fields. Dynamic fields are used for specific content.

Labels

Make it easy and simple to manage people in the YoungCRM system by adding labels to them. By adding a label to a person, you can easily group people and manage them.

Email settings

Here, you can manage your default settings for sending out emails. Your settings will automatically be applied to your future emails

The following must be filled out in email settings:

  • Default sender - The name appearing as the sender of your emails
  • Default email address - The email address the receiver will see
  • Default cover - The picture at the top of the email
  • Select background color - The background color for the email.

Form settings

You can choose a default cover for your forms. The cover can always be changed when creating a form, and thereby customised for the individual form, if necessary. You can also choose a background color. This can be customised as well.

User portal

The user portal makes it possible for the user to manage its information. Here, personal information can be updated and email preferences can be managed. The user portal appears as a link at the bottom of every email. User portal cover/color is the color appearing for the user when managing its information.

Conditions

You can create and edit conditions, depending on your organisation's needs. The conditions are the ones users accept when filling out a form, signing up to an event, or applying for a job. There are, however, always a set of predefined conditions for you.

Person card settings

The person card contains information about people who register in your system. Some of the settings can be changed for the person card. For instance, you can change the order of the tabs in the person card by dragging the tabs to the position you would like them to have.

Organisation settings

In organisation settings, you can find the most common information such as organisation name, address, VAT and phone number. Furthermore, you can add social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. By doing so, you can add the social media icons to your emails. You can also add the organisation's logo.

System settings

Here, you can manage your system settings. Changes to the system settings can affect things such as forms embedded on external sites, so be careful when changing anything in the system settings. Additionally, the organisation language decides which validation there are on forms.
As far as possible, determine these settings from the beginning so they should not be changed again.

Users

On this page, you can manage the organisation's users. You can add new users and modify the rights each user has. For instance, a "limited user" could be limited to only seeing a few job adverts and not all of them.
