The Recruiter is part of the introductory work when initiating your attraction and recruiting process.
With the Recruiter, you can create your own job portal and embed it on your website. When starting to receive applications, the Recruiter makes it easy to manage all your applicants' information and qualifications.
When the Recruiter has been purchased, there's some information that must be filled out before you can launch your job portal. Go to your organisation settings by clicking the company logo in the top right corner and fill out the required information.
In the settings directory, you can now see the tab 'Recruiter'. Below, you can find the information that should be filled out.
Status emails are a number of fixed emails that you can send to your applicants with just one click. You will find the following emails under status emails: read, invited to interview, 1. interview held, 2. interview held, contact forwarded, hired, rejection, etc.
You can create an email for various scenarios. By using the shortcode function, the email seems much more personal.
Position tags are used to show which job types your organisation offers. For instance: full-time job, part-time job, or student assistant. By creating position tags, applicants can segment their search to only show student assistant jobs, for instance.
Company descriptions are used to describe the workplace to your applicant. A description could tell something about the workplace as a whole and a description of specific departments in the organisation. You can create various company descriptions by which you can have a description called 'Company + info about R&D', 'Company + info about marketing department' and so forth.
Job types are added to your job advert when created via the Recruiter. When the applicant visits your job bank, it's possible to filter by job types and workplaces. By creating job types and adding these to job adverts, you make it easier for applicants to find positions relevant to them.
Under 'workplaces' you can add different locations. By adding the company's different locations, it's possible to segment applications by workplace. This means that applicants visiting your job bank can indicate that they are only interested in job positions in Aarhus, for instance. In this way, the application process is made easy and more manageable for the applicant.
Ratings can be used to differentiate your applicants on specific parameters that you decide yourself. Through the recruitment process, you collect a lot of quantitative data about your applicants which is why ratings are a good way to collect qualitative data. With ratings, you can select possible candidates based on personal skills or job-specific competencies.
As general information are collected through the recruitment process, you can collect more job-specific information via the rating function.
