Tips to Improve the Integration Quality of Your Web Booker
Many of the following improvements can be configured directly in your Workspace via:
Portal → Web Booker → Add to Website
From there, you can adjust the integration settings to better align with your website’s design and usability goals.
1. Prefer Inline Integration Over iFrame
We recommend using the inline integration instead of embedding the Web Booker via an iFrame. Inline integration ensures better scaling across devices and fits more naturally into your website’s design.
Note: If an iFrame is used, the mobile experience may be sub-optimal. In that case, it's better to open the full Web Booker in a new browser tab using a clear "Order Now" button. This ensures mobile visitors get a smooth and distraction-free booking experience.
2. Match Padding and Layout
Make sure the padding around the Web Booker matches the layout of your website. Consistent spacing keeps the design clean and visually appealing.
3. Use Consistent Brand Colors
Check that the Web Booker’s color scheme matches your website’s branding. This helps the integration feel cohesive and professional.
4. Avoid Duplicate Logos
If your company logo is already visible on your website, there’s no need to display it again inside the Web Booker. Keeping things simple improves visual flow and avoids unnecessary repetition.
5. Remove the Top Bar for Inline Use
When using inline integration, we recommend removing the top bar from the Web Booker to streamline the interface and minimize distractions.
6. Match the Background
Ensure that the Web Booker’s background color blends in with your website’s background. This small detail can greatly enhance the visual harmony of your integration.
7. Keep the First Action in View
Try to ensure that users don’t need to scroll to find the first “Next” button. A clear call to action should be visible immediately to prevent confusion and improve conversion.
8. Optimize for Mobile
The Web Booker is fully responsive, but it’s still important to optimize your site layout for mobile. Avoid unnecessary left/right margins that could cause horizontal scrolling or make the interface feel cramped.
By following these tips, you'll not only improve the look and feel of the integration — you'll also offer your visitors a better user experience that leads to more successful bookings.
