In this article we explain how you can change your YourDriverApp profile information and email details.

For iOS:
Go to the 'Settings' tab next to 'Messages' in the bottom right corner of the app. Then select 'Driver', here you can change and update your driver picture and your driver name.

Unfortunately in iOS you cannot change your email details in the app. However this can be done in the Driver Portal, see below for the details.

Mobile number
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your mobile number.

For Android:
Go to the 'Settings' tab next to 'Messages' in the bottom right corner of the app. Then select 'Driver', here you can change and update your driver picture, your driver name and your email details.

Driver Portal
​Changing your profile can also be done within the YourDriverApp Portal.

If you click this link you will be directed to the YourDriverApp Portal. Fill in your username and password and you will see the screen as shown in the picture below.

From there, click on ''Edit profile'' and you can edit your profile.

Mobile number
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your mobile number.
