In this article you will learn more about the 'My Shifts' section in the 'Personal' menu of the YourDriverApp Web Portal. In the 'Personal' menu you can find all information for you individually regarding:
A shift starts when you set YourDriverApp online through the app option 'Start new shift and go online'. A shift ends when you set YourDriverApp offline through the app option 'End shift and go offline'.
My Shifts overview
When you navigate to the 'My Shifts' section in the 'Personal' menu you enter a page with an overview of all your shifts started (and finished) with your YourDriverApp profile.
Through the 'Search here' feature you can search for any shift in your history.
The My Shift overview gives insight into your shifts based on the following criteria:
ID: The ID number of the shift
Start: Date & time the shift was started
End: Date & time the shift was ended
Vehicle: What vehicle the shift was started with
Duration: The duration of the shift
Activities: How many activities were started during the shift
Shift Details
When you click on a specific shift in the overview you navigate to the shift details for that shift. The shift details give more detailed information regarding that specific shift:
List view
The List view gives you detailed information about every status change during your shift. Here you can see exactly at what time you changed to what status and what time you ended this status.
Map view
The Map view gives you detailed insight into the map of your GPS locations during your shift.
Jobs
In the Jobs overview can see all the jobs you processed during your shift. When you click on a specific job you navigate to the specific job details overview.
GPS log
The GPS log gives you insight into every GPS timestamp made by YourDriverApp during your shift.
