Before your visitors can start booking with you on your website, you'll first need to integrate the Web Booker in your company website. For this we offer 3 types of integrations:

  • Option 1: Add the Web Booker as a booking page to your website. Our Inline Embed option that loads your Web Booker page directly within your website’s content..

  • Option 2: Add a floating button to your website that opens a popup. A Popup Widget that adds a floating button to your site and launches the Web Booker as a popup when clicked.

  • Option 3: Add a text link that opens a popup: A Popup Text option that generates a link that can be placed anywhere in your content, which launches the Web Booker in a popup when clicked.

  • Option 4: Use this option when your website does not support the use of custom widgets. This option generates a link that you can add in an iframe to your website.

Integration steps

  1. Login into the portal and navigate to the Web Booker section.

  2. Choose any of the 3 available integration methods and copy the embedded script.

  3. In the source code of the web page or your website, paste the embed script.

  4. Save and publish the page.

The widget should be visible after reloading the page in a browser.

TIP: Create your own CSS style for the <webbooker-widget> element to fully match the Web Booker layout size and position with your website.

Tips

  • Wordpress (5.0 and greater) integration: Both implementations can be done in Wordpress using a code block implementation:

    • Go to the page where you would like to integrate the widget or Web Booker on.

    • Add a block of the type "code".

    • Paste the integration code into the code block.

    • Make sure the element has the correct size for your page.
