Before you begin...

  • Make sure you have a Squarespace Business Plan.

  • Keep the Web Portal and Squarespace open in a separate browser window or tab, for easier setup.

  • Note that adding the Web Booker may affect your site's appearance.

To add the Web Booker to your Squarespace site

  1. Sign in to Squarespace.

  2. Navigate to the page you would like to edit.

  3. Hover over page content and select Edit.

  4. Add a code block. To do so, follow the steps in Squarespace's Add a code block.
    โ€‹

  5. In the Web Portal, retrieve your embed code by following the steps in Adding the Web Booker to your website.

  6. In Squarespace, paste the code snippet you copied from your Web Booker.

  7. Select Apply.

If your embed code does not display after completing the above steps, follow these additional steps below:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Advanced.

  3. Under Code injection, in the header section, paste:
    โ€‹

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://calendly.com/assets/external/calendly-squarespace.js"></script>
  4. Select Save.

Note:

  • If you are experiencing performance issues with your embed, you may need to disable Ajax. Read more about this issue, or contact us for assistance.

  • Whereas older Squarespace themes supported buttons with Javascript, Squarespace 7.1 does not support buttons with Javascript.
