Yes, a price calculation in your customer facing order modules can be setup to show either the products as "On meter" or with a "fixed price".
When the "fixed price" is selected all jobs will have a fixed price that is communicated when confirming the order. The passenger fully expects this to be the price to be paid to the driver.
When all prices are fixed while they should not be please follow the following steps.
Login through https://portal.yourdriverapp.com
Go to settings, bottom left
/ apps
Select the appropriate passenger product and select tab pricing
Select Choose princing rules, and de-activate fixed prices and only leave "on meter" selected
