Why was my payment declined

We accept payments from PayPal and from most of the major credit card providers such as Visa and Mastercard.

If your payment was declined, please check your card details and make sure it hasn't expired. Don't forget to check your account balance and limit to see if a purchase is possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot see the exact reason why a payment fails. If you cannot complete your purchase, kindly reach out to your bank to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can try using a different card or payment method.
