How to manage my nutrition plan subscription

Please note that all our subscription plans are recurring - that means that unless you cancel the subscription for your chosen Services it will renew automatically.

IF YOU DON'T WISH FOR SERVICE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, you have to cancel the subscription at least 48 hours before the end of current period, in which case, the Services will be terminated upon expiration of the then current term.

If you have purchased the subscription on our website, you will not be able to control it through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscription can be canceled at any time in your weight loss account. It's very easy!

For the basic weight loss plan subscription:

To manage the Premium plan subscription:

  • Log in to your profile here:https://app.healthgenom.com

  • Go to: PROFILE => YOUR PREMIUM => LEARN MORE => DELETE

  • Complete a quick exit survey

For the Shopping List service subscription:

  • Log in to your profile here: https://app.healthgenom.com/

  • Go to: PROFILE => YOUR SHOPPING LIST => LEARN MORE => DELETE

  • Complete a quick exit survey

To manage the Personal Nutritionist subscription:

  • Log in to your profile here: https://app.healthgenom.com/

  • Go to: PROFILE => PERSONAL NUTRITIONIST CHAT => EDIT => DELETE

  • Complete a quick exit survey

After, you will see a pop-up window confirming that your Plan has been successfully canceled.
