Things to know
Moderator terms can start and end at any time during the fiscal year. These roles do not need to follow the YPO fiscal year of 1 July - 30 June.
Moderator terms can be any duration as determined by the forum and can be entered with any start and end date. This is different from chapter board roles which must be entered in 1-year terms and have a start and end date that aligns with the YPO fiscal year.
Moderator roles statuses (elect, current, past) are based on the start and end date provided by the chapter. If the moderator role does not change, the system will manage the data based on how it was entered - no additional work required by the chapter manager.
