Usage
YPO provides Tableau dashboards so that chapters can visualize their chapter data. Tableau license are provided for all chapter managers and members serving in chapter officer roles with CM Hub access.

Steps
Navigate to Tableau Dashboards
1. Navigate to the Chapter Data module and under Actions select View Tableau Dashboards.
2. Click on Chapter Dashboards on the navigation bar to view the Tableau dashboards available for chapters. Click on the dashboard you would like to view.
3. The dashboard will populate on the screen.
Things to know
Spouse/Partners serving as Family Officer, Spouse/Partner officer and Spouse Forum Officer roles have access to the CM Hub, but do not have access to Tableau as it requires a separate license.
Tableau dashboards available
Chapter Commitments: See how your chapter is meeting the chapter commitments find areas for improvement.
Chapter Health Metrics: Find chapter-specific information on all the chapter health metrics, plus recommended areas for improvement.
Chapter Key Demographics: Find chapter-specific data for membership, president type, and industry.
Forum Dashboard: Find high-level forum data and dive into region and chapter-specific forum data on training, participation, and placement.
Forum Health Survey: Provides a snapshot summary of forum health survey completion, average participation, and health scores, and useful support tools.
Member Demographics: Find high-level member demographic information, such as gender, age, president type, etc.
Officer Engagement Dashboard: Find YPO engagement scores specific for chapters. This dashboard has built-in permissions for chapter managers and select chapter officers to see member-specific data for their chapter.
Strategic Planning Dashboard: Find chapter-specific strategic planning data for governance, membership diversity, engagement, and succession planning, and compare many of those numbers to regional data.
Troubleshooting
Connect login screen appears
If, after selecting a dashboard, you see a Connect login screen rather than the dashboard, the system is asking to verify your credentials before viewing the data. To proceed:
Enter your Connect username and password
Accept all cookies
Tableau login screen appears
If you see a Tableau login screen, that indicates that your Tableau license with YPO has lapsed. Send an email to concierge@ypo.org and request that YPO Data and Insights review and/or restore your Tableau access.
