We pre-authorise users funding sources to ensure they have enough in their accounts prior to the bill being paid for by us. You will be notified 5 days before the pay date that you have insufficient funds to pay your share. This transparency gives you time to try and add sufficient funds to your account. If there is still not enough by the pay date the payment will not be processed. We will try and charge your house over the next couple of days in order to get the bill paid. Some providers can add a late fee onto your bill so ensure you have the funds necessary to pay for your share.
