Most of our providers are instant and you will see a response within 20-30 seconds. There are some exceptions however and they can take up to 1-2 minutes to verify.
You do not have to wait for them to verify however go about you day, you will be notified is your biller was connected successfully or not via notification to your mobile device or via email if you signed up through the web.
If for some reason we were unable to connect your biller i.e Incorrect login details, it will be clear on the dashboard if there has been an issue. You will then be instructed to try again.
