How to duplicate booking?

Duplicate booking is another way to place a booking and it is one of the key function in the Yusen Vantage Focus - Book platform. In this article, we will introduce how to use the duplicate function.

Step 1: Go to shipment summary page (Click "Shipment" on the navigation bar at Home page).

Step 2: Find a shipment that you want to duplicate and click on it. (We choose YVF0004740)

Step 3: You will go to shipment content page and see the duplicate button as shown below.

Step 5: The booking form with exactly same shipment details as you have chosen will be opened in the new tap.

**The only field that need to be re-enter is the "Acknowledgements" regarding to hazardous materials and dangerous goods.

Step 6: Review and submit booking.

Just like manual input booking form. Click "Final Review" to review the booking details and submit.

Done! You have created a new booking by using duplicate booking function.
