How to submit SI?

When booking is confirmed by Yusen, “Submit SI” button will be available on shipment content page. Click on it, you will go into the online SI form after clicking the button.

You can choose if multiple set of Bill of Lading information are needed. However, the current SI form can only support one.

If multiple set of Bill of Lading is needed, click “Proceed” to confirm. After that, shipper will need to submit SI offline with operators.

Involved Parties is prefilled with booking information. Shipper can turn on the toggle of “Also Notify” and input the address.

Shipper can add favorite their specific format for each involved party’s address and reuse it in future SI Form.

Prefilled by the system.

Container & Cargo details are always empty, as container is stuffed by shipper.
“Marks & Numbers” and “Description of Goods” are prefilled if shipper has filled in online booking form.

Indicate the type of Bill of Lading by clicking the dropdown menu, if did not input in booking form.

Indicate the number of original bills and bill of lading copies.

If there is anything that you want Yusen team to take notes on, please indicate it in the SI Remarks field.

Upload the shipping document by dragging and dropping or browsing. Same as Booking Form.

When you are ready to submit SI, please click “Final Review”.

The system will validate all the data field automatically. If there is any data field that doesn’t pass the validation rule, the system will bring you to the specific field, and a warning message will be present underneath. Please follow the instructions to amend the booking accordingly.

If all the data field passed the data validation process, the system will direct you to the SI review page. In case you spotted anything that is incorrect, you could click the orange pencil button to amend the booking.

Once you have reviewed the SI form, you could click “Submit” to proceed.

Done! You will be redirected to shipment content page with status updated as "SI Submitted".

SI is pending Yusen review, you will receive email notification when SI is accepted or rejected.
