How to edit my booking?

If you would like to edit shipment detail after submitting booking. You can easily make changes and submit a change request. Below guide will show how to revise your booking.

Step 1: Go to shipment summary page to find the booking that you are intend to make changes and click on it. We will use the booking YVF0007050 for example.

Step 2: When you click on the shipment, shipment content page will be opened on new tab. And you will see there is a "Edit" button on the top right hand corner.

Step 3: Click the "Edit" button, you will be redirected to Revise Booking Form.

Step 4: Make changes in the fields that you would like to edit then click "Final Review" at the bottom right hand corner. Red bracket is the changes made.

Step 5: Review your booking details and click "Submit Changes" like create booking.

Step 6: Done! You will be redirected to shipment content page again. And the shipment status will update as "Booking Changes Submitted", the milestone in timeline will updated in yellow and booking record version 2 is updated.

Your change request is pending accept now. Operators will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. No matter your change request is accepted or rejected, an email will be sent to you after operators finish reviewing your request.


Important notes​

When operators did not review your booking yet, the milestone would be "Booking Submitted". You can submit change request and make changes on the latest version. Operators will only review the latest booking version.

However, when operators review and the next milestone "Booking Processing" is triggered, and submit multiple change requests if operators did not review new change request yet, shippers can only revise the booking base on operators reviewed version.

Operators reviewed version 2 and did not review version 3 yet.

There will be a yellow banner notifying shippers that operators did not review the latest change request. Therefore, shipper have to make changes base on operators reviewed version. (i.e. version 2 instead of version 3).
