If you want to cancel a shipment, just go to shipment content page and submit cancelation request!
Click on 'Shipments' on the navigation bar. You will be redirected to shipment content page.
At shipment summary page, find the shipment that you want to cancel and click on it.
You may see the 'Cancel Booking' button at the top right hand corner at shipment content page and click on it.
After click on the 'Cancel Booking' button, you are required to choose or input the cancellation reasons. Then click 'Confirm Cancellation'.
The shipment status on shipment content page will be changed to 'Booking Cancellation Submitted'.
Done! Your cancellation request has been submitted. Operators will review your request. You will receive an email notification when they accept or reject.
