One of the key function of the platform is that shippers can inviting other shippers to the platform. However, not every shippers have the access to perform this action. Below guide will demonstrate who can send invitation and how to do so.
Step 1: Check if you have access to send invitation. At home page click on "My Company" at the navigation bar.
Step 2: You will be redirected to "My Company" page and click on the company name.
Step 3: You can see the company details and click on the "Users" tap.
Step 4: You will see the "Account roles" of each shipper. However, only Account Administrator have the access to send invitation. And only account administrator can see the "+" button next to the search bar as shown below picture.
Step 5: If you are the account administrator, just simply click the "+" button and the option "Invite User" will show up.
Step 6: Click on it and a prompt will show up. You can input the email address of the shippers that you are intended to invite, and remember to assign role to them. As a account administrator you can either assign "Shipper", "Account Administrator" or both to one new shipper account.
Done! You have invited new shipper to the platform.
Below will show the shipper invited sign up process.
Step 1: The shipper will receive an sign up invitation email. Click on "Sign Up Now".
Step 2: Shipper will be redirected to the create account page. Fill it up then click "Save"
** Please be reminded that the field "Screen Name" has to be unique.
Step 3: After saving the information, you will receive another email that contains log in credential for the first log in. And DONE!
The shipper being invited can log in to the platform and start placing booking now.
