There are edit/cancel deadlines for Air/Ocean shipments.
Air shipment, once the milestone "Booking Confirmed" is triggered, you cannot edit/cancel the booking via the platform.
Ocean shipment, there is a Booking Revision/Cancellation Deadline on the shipment content page. Once the date has passed, you cannot edit/cancel the booking either.
Moreover, you can directly contact your dedicated operators to see if they can assist you with making changes.
