Templates are the foundation of your Yuzu campaigns, turning customer and order data into engaging and impactful personalized print content. This guide walks you through creating and editing templates while leveraging dynamic variables and brand elements to ensure your campaigns leave a lasting impact.


Step 1: Navigate to the Templates Section

  1. Log in to your Yuzu dashboard.

  2. Click on the Templates tab from the main menu.

  3. Select Create New Template to start from scratch or choose an existing template to edit.


Step 2: Using the Drag-and-Drop Editor

The drag-and-drop editor allows you to design templates with ease. Here are the key features:

  1. Static Elements:

    • Add your logo, brand colors, and other fixed design elements to reflect your identity.

  2. Dynamic Variables:

    • Insert placeholders for personalized data like:

      • Customer name.

      • Product descriptions and images.

      • Referral URLs, discount codes.

    • Use the Variables Menu to browse available data fields from your connected apps.

  3. Text and Fonts:

    • Customize text styles, sizes, and alignments to fit your branding.

  4. Images and Graphics:

    • Upload custom images or select from your product catalog.


Step 3: Preview Your Template

  1. Use the Preview button to see how your template will look with real data.

  2. Check dynamic fields to ensure the placeholders display correctly.

  3. Adjust any misaligned elements or design inconsistencies.


Step 4: Save and Assign

  1. Once satisfied, click Save Template to finalize your design.

  2. Assign the template to a relevant campaign or flow to ensure it is used for the right orders.

  • Keep It On-Brand: Ensure your templates are consistent with your brand’s visual identity.

  • Focus on Readability: Use clean fonts and layouts to make your message clear and impactful.
