I can’t sign up/ I’m blocked from signing up to Credit Score

We currently require Open Banking as part of the signup journey if you don't already have a card or loan in order to verify your identity. If your Bank doesn’t support Open Banking, then you will not be able to sign up to the feature. In future, we will look to implement alternative signup routes.

A common reason for failing identity verification is because your Bank account is not registered to the same address as we have on the Zable app. You should make sure that your current address is updated on your Zable account and with your bank.
