The information we show, provided by Equifax, is correct within 6 weeks. It’s likely account balances are not live with current balances so there is no need to be alarmed!

The Bank/Credit Card/Utility company only reports to Equifax once a month and so the balances we show depend on what the company last reported.

Your current account balances will also not be live, so please do not be alarmed if the stated amount does not match what you see in your banking app or in our Open Banking spend feature
