My transactions don't look up to date in Open Banking spend. Why?

  • If you have any pending transactions we will not include these in your spend.

  • It may take your Bank a while to update the data on their side and so transactions may not be added immediately after you make them

  • We attempt to refresh your transactions for you overnight. There can sometimes be random errors when trying to gather new transactions, these will usually sort themselves out and we will be able to update data within one day.

  • If you’re still struggling to access new data there may be an issue with the connection to your Bank, it is probably then worth unlinking and relinking your Bank and seeing if this works
