We currently report rent payments to Equifax only — they're the bureau whose score most reflects rent. Other bureaus (Experian, TransUnion) don't yet factor rent payments into their consumer scores.
So apps powered by Equifax should reflect your rent payments. Apps powered by other bureaus won't — that's not a sign anything's wrong.
We're working on reporting to all three bureaus in future.
