Rent reporting can never hurt your credit score. Because we're not the company collecting your rent, we can only confirm payments to Equifax — we never report missed payments. If we can't find a payment, it just isn't included that month.
You'll have 24 days from your expected payment date to verify it yourself by tapping "Missed a payment?" in the app. After that we'll stop reporting until you set up again.
The most common reason we can't find a payment is that your Open Banking connection has expired — check for a banner asking you to reconnect.
