We couldn't find your rent payment for one of these reasons:
Wrong bank linked — make sure the account you connected is the one your rent actually leaves from.
Your Open Banking connection is no longer active — check the home screen for a banner asking you to reconnect.
You rent amount has changed — we look for a payment within £1 of the rent amount you told us, and only payments over £100. If your rent has increased you'll need to end this rent reporting and set up a new one.
The date doesn't match — we look from 4 days before your nominated rent day up to 4 days after.
You pay rent weekly or fortnightly — we currently only support monthly rent.
If none of these apply, tap "Missed a payment?" on the rent reporting screen to pick the right transaction yourself.
